Perjury
before the judge
Later in court John Irwin testified, that my shotgun had a round in the chamber and could have been fired by a pull of the trigger. At that time I had extensive training in safe handling of firearms and I would have never taken risk of sleeping with a shotgun underneath me which could accidentally go off.
Irwin
elaborated his perjury, by claiming the shotgun could be fired at an unwitting
victim coming through door the while I lay on the mattress. Absolutely
impossible, because the shotgun would have had to be cycled, to load the first
round, which requires it to be removed from under the mattress first.

Unfortunately
my legal representative at that time, under orders of William Trudell, did not
contest those lies, but even went along with them.
